Al Brooks Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Al Brooks course Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:

  1. TD365.com, as a trading name of Trade Nation Ltd (SIA-F216), is offering new clients up to 12 months access to Al Brooks Courses (“Courses”) subject to an approved or funded account with Trade Nation Ltd or one of its related entities (“Trade Nation”).
  2. This Promotion is only available to new clients of TD365.com who have registered for an account within the Promotion Period and have never held an account with TD365.com or tradedirect365.com.au previously.
  3. The Promotion is not available on the TD365 MT4 trading platform.
  4. Clients are required to claim their Promotion by contacting support@td365.com. The Promotion must be requested within 30 days from the date of approval of your account or you will not be entitled to claim.
  5. Access to the Al Brooks Beginner Course is subject to a fully approved account at Trade Nation.
  6. Access to the Al Brooks Advanced Course is subject to Condition 5 of these terms plus a minimum deposit of $250 and the execution of at least five completed trades.
  7. TD365.com and/or Trade Nation do not provide any advice or accept any liability in relation to the content of the Al Brooks Courses and do not have any liability to you for any actions taken by the client as a result of undertaking the Al Brooks Courses.
  8. TD365.com and/or Trade Nation shall not be liable for any special indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage relating to your participation or your inability to participate in the Promotion.
  9. You shall indemnify and hold TD365.com and/or Trade Nation, its affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, damage relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws of the Bahamas, and any dispute under the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bahamas.
